Important Dates

- Conference: October 8-9, 2021. 9AM - 1PM EST
All fees are in Canadian dollars. A sales tax of 13% (HST) will be applied to the conference registration fee. Student registration fees are available to full- time students. You will be asked to show a student card showing student status.
In-Person Conference
On the possibility that the local Covid-19 restrictions may be lifted to allow conferences by the conference date, an option for in-person attendance is also available at an extra fee of $50 per person.
This additional fee will cover the cost of lunch, coffee, and conference materials provided to in-person visitors.
Abstract Submission Deadlines
Abstract and Registration Deadline: September 8, 2021
Abstract Guidelines:
Arial, 11 size font
Abstracts must be under 300 words maximum, with suggested subheadings; Introduction/rationale, Methods, Results, Conclusions, Acknowledgements/funding.
Lay summary of the abstract (provide the overall message of the abstract in 3-5 lines).
3 - 5 line speaker profile, including the following information: salutation, full name, degree(s), training, job title(s), affiliation(s), and major research interests. You may also include any other pertinent information.
A separate submission must be made for each abstract.
